Specialized in M&A, P&L, accounting, capital markets, and tax laws. Notable for identifying growth opportunities and risk analysis. Proficient in leading large international teams, enhancing financial reporting, and implementing advanced ERP systems. Holds a bachelor's in commerce from Ain Shams University.
Khaled Etman is an accomplished Architect with over 40 years of expertise in leading roles such as Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Radamis Hotels, City Edge, and Emaar Misr, and Development Director at Qatari Diar Egypt for the St. Regis Hotel. He managed landmark projects like Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and collaborated with global firms including Bechtel, Turner Construction, Dar Al Handasah, and GHD. He holds a Master's in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami and a Project Management certification from AUC.
Hamdy serves as the General Legal Counsel at MIDAR for Urban Development, bringing 40 years of legal expertise to the role. His career includes 21 years at Zoheir Grana Law Firm, where he honed his legal acumen, and 6 years as Deputy Director of the General Legal Department at Talaat Mostafa Group. Hamdy's extensive experience in the legal field has made him a trusted advisor, guiding major legal strategies and ensuring compliance in complex real estate and urban development projects.
A seasoned Senior Executive with +30 years’ experience leading various complexes mega projects including mega infrastructure and advanced technology and has a diverse background in many industries (Real estate development, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, Information Technology and Telecommunications) with extensive experience in Strategic Management, Risk Management, Startups, Financial Management, Portfolio Management, Operations Management as well as Human Capital Management.
Ezzat Donia, CCSO of MIDAR for investment and urban development, with over 29 years of experience in leading various mega projects with Diverse Cultures with different nationalities, nationally and internationally, in MENA and SSA. Has a diverse background in different industries (Oil and Gas & Building Materials) with extensive experience in Crises Management, and Supporting Functions (FM, HR, HSE, and SC) He developed a deep understanding of what’s possible by working in various business sectors and across multiple geographies and functions.
