Attended by 6,000 People, Including University Students
MIDAR for Investment and Urban Development Company, the master developer of "Mostakbal City" and "MADA" in New Cairo, hosted the band Cairokee at a huge live concert at "Mostakbal City", one of the most prominent fourth-generation cities in Egypt and the first integrated smart city in New Cairo. This is part of MIDAR’s interest in organizing major events within its cities and achieving a high quality of life for its residents.
The concert was attended by nearly 6,000 people at the Boulevard area in "Mostakbal City", with a large number of prominent figures in attendance from real estate developers and city residents, in addition to a large number of university students. This marked the second artistic celebration hosted by "Mostakbal City", following the Disco Misr concert held last October at the VIBES area, with the attendance of around 3,500 participants, including students from several universities and city residents.
These events come as part of the company’s vision for 2025 to continue hosting major events in the city, whether artistic, sports-related, or otherwise. "Mostakbal City" had hosted the International Padel Tennis Championship last April, held under the auspices of the International Padel Federation (IPF), at the covered padel tennis courts complex in the VIBES area of "Mostakbal City". The championship boasted the participation of 102 players from 10 different countries. These events achieved significant success among the city’s visitors and residents.
The Cairokee concert witnessed strong interaction from attendees, amid an entertaining atmosphere that reflects the lifestyle offered by the city, which spans an area of 5,200 feddans and includes more than 30 developers as well as 52 diverse development projects forming a vibrant community that provides all residential, educational, healthcare, commercial, and other services, amid vast green spaces and landscaped areas.

This is achieved through the continuous provision of entertainment events that cater to different tastes. He expressed his joy with the high turnout at the artistic and sports events organized by the company in "Mostakbal City".
ElKousey added that MIDAR is keen on holding sports and artistic events within its cities, in a distinctive experience that the company offers to the Egyptian market, especially as MIDAR is among the first entities to introduce the master developer model for modern integrated cities in Egypt. He noted that MIDAR not only offers an integrated urban development experience within its cities, but is also keen on transforming them into attractive destinations for organizing and hosting various major activities and events in New Cairo, in a way that accelerates the implementation of the company’s urban development plans in the area.
